Return and Refund Policy:
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you received your goods without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by filling out the withdrawal below, provided that the goods are not opened and the seals are intact. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send us an email concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You must send the goods back within 14 days after informing the trader. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the goods from your home to the shop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, you need to return the goods with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to us. To exercise this right, please contact us by filling in the form below or by sending us an email at email@example.com. We will give a refund within 14 days from receipt of your cancellation provided that the returned goods have been received in good order.
Lost or Undeliverable Orders
If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost (we apply a period of 21 days). If your order is damaged we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately.
If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery + a 20% administration fee. Please ensure that you give us the correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.
Exception with RSO products
The RSO product will be dispatched without a returning address. This means that it cannot be returned back to us and the right of withdrawal is not possible. We will try to find another customer to who you can send the product to and receive back your refund from us.
If a RSO product gets lost or confiscated during the transit, then you have the right for a refund or a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost (we apply a period of 21 days). If your order is damaged we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately.
If your order cannot be delivered due to insufficient, incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you (e.g. wrong house number or a wrong postal code etc.) or if nobody is at home during the first and second delivery attempt (e.g. being on holiday) we may not give a refund. Therefore please double check your filled information and make sure you to are not going on holiday for at least a period of 2 weeks after shipment of your order. You have the right to a refund or second shipment in case the parcel is confiscated.

Once your order has been shipped
When you have received your order, but want to return it, then always send us an email first (email@example.com) or fill in the form below.
Sending it directly back to us is not possible, we will send a package label to your email that you can print out, place on the same package, and ship back at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued and an auto email will notify you of that transaction.
