You can choose between a standard shipping method (3-21 days) and the UPS delivery (UPS is often faster). However, UPS is only possible for CBD products at the moment. RSO products can only be dispatched with the standard post which takes about a week (3-5 working days), but can take longer due to increased border security.

Order Processing, Delivery Method, and Timing: After an order has been received in our system, a processing time of 1 to 3 business days is required to review the order. Shipments are sent using a Dutch Post Company as a registered package that needs a signature upon delivery. Shipping times is dependent on location from our main warehouse located in the Netherlands. Typical shipping times may vary from 2 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times, this does not include any potential for inclement weather, holidays, or backorders. If a backorder takes place, we will do our best to notify you about the backorder and provide the estimated next shipment date. Orders marked completed will be given tracking information in a form of an email that is sent automatically to you. If you want to change your order or cancel it, then please contact us as soon as possible! RSO products cannot be refunded anymore after they have been shipped. Unfortunately, when your order has been processed, we cannot change or cancel it anymore. You can however, return it without any charge. Shipping Policy

  1. The delivery of the ordered will be made to the delivery address specified by the ordering party. While we strive to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, the customer and/or recipients are responsible for supplying full and correct delivery details at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any resulting incorrect delivery, delays, non-delivery or charges howsoever incurred should inaccurate details be provided. No refund can be returned should the address be incorrect.
  2. If one or more of the items you have ordered are sold out at the time of ordering, we will not be able to accept your order. We will then inform you immediately by email if this should be the case.
  3. Orders are shipped with Regular Dutch post. International orders carry additional shipping charges and must meet regulations for the sale of these products to that country.
  4. We currently ship within the EU, no shipments can be done outside the EU. Contact us to verify that we can ship to your country.
  5. You will receive a full refund or a new product (in favour of your choice) within thirty-one calendar days should an item get lost or confiscated during shipments.
  6. We cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by the customer or recipients in non-recoverable carriage and/or importation costs associated with the delivery of any goods or their replacement howsoever caused.
  7. Please do not return any goods without prior authorisation. The customer will be responsible for any cost incurred for returning and insuring items, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  8. All orders are sent via ‘Track & Trace’ couriers – ensuring total control and peace of mind. The tracking number is sent to you by email once your order has been shipped. Deliveries usually take 3-5 working days for most EU countries.
  9. Shipping delay due to customs inspection can occur, especially for the UK. We have no control regarding the time frame or delivery of your order. It can take additionally 2-3 weeks before your order is delivered. Should it be confiscated, then we will either send you a new parcel or refund you.

some bulk mail products on the service scope selected as well.
• Local holidays may also affect the delivery time.
• The delivery time of parcels up to 2 kilos without Track & Trace is
the same as for letters.
• The delivery time given for Speed refers to capital cities and the
main business centres in the relevant countries. For outlying areas
additional delivery time must be allowed. At present it is not yet
possible to predict the delivery time exactly.
