We currently only accept the following payment methods:
- Direct bank transfer
- PLEASE ONLY USE THE ORDER ID AS PAYMENT REFERENCE, DO NOT USE ANY PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OR COMPANY NAME.
You can fulfill the payment by a direct bank transfer (we use 2 bank accounts).
You can use one of the below services, that offer fast and secure international transfer services without the high fees associated with the bank:

A typical bank transfer takes 1-3 working days. As soon as we receive your payment, we will directly send a payment confirmation by email and shipment confirmation code within 24-48 hours (with the exception of the weekend)!
- PAYPAL (used also for credit card payments)
At the moment we are testing out our new Paypal account. (our old account was blocked in June 2017).
After choosing the payment option by Paypal, a payment link will be sent within 24 hours by email manually from one of our colleagues (so it can take 24 hours)

We are testing out our new Paypal account called Supervirtualreality. Please check the reference number on the Paypal-invoice. You will notice that the company name and product name(s) are different, but the total amount is the same as from your original order. We are using a partner company that complies with PayPal’s policy and thus allows us to offer you the ability to pay with PayPal or credit card, because Paypal simply does not want to process payments for hemp related products.
Detailed explanation once you received the payment link:
- If you do not have a Paypal account, then you can proceed as guest, but in some countries, you need to make an account on Paypal.
- You will be directed to a page where you can fill in all your credit card details (for new Paypal users).
- Once you have paid the invoice, we receive a message from Paypal and can start processing your order (a shipment confirmation code is sent within 1-2 working days).
